Driving To Work Drunk Was Issue In Domestic Dispute: Cops
A Cortlandt man faces charges, state police said.

CORTLANDT, NY — A Cortlandt man faces several criminal charges connected to a domestic dispute on Sprout Brook Road. State police received a call at 12:53 p.m. Wednesday for a welfare check of an intoxicated male.
What they found out, they allege, is that Timothy C. Green began fighting with someone who told him he shouldn't leave for work while intoxicated. When he tried to start the car, the victim called 911 — and he tried to prevent the call.
The 58-year-old is charged with Criminal Mischief in the 4th Degree Interfering with a call for emergency assistance, a Class A Misdemeanor; Menacing in the 3rd Degree, a Class B Misdemeanor; and Harassment in the 2nd Degree, a Violation.
