DWI Charge in Cortlandt for Pennsylvania Man

New York State Police from the Cortlandt barracks arrested 38-year-old Yorman D. Pena-Pena, of Allentown, Pennsylvania,on Oct. 17 for Driving While Intoxicated, a Misdemeanor.

Troopers stopped the vehicle Pena-Pena was operating on State Route 9 following an erratic vehicle complaint broadcasted over Putnam County 911. Troopers located the vehicle in the Town of Cortlandt. The driver, identified as Pena-Pena, was found to be intoxicated at the time of the stop, police allege.

The defendant supplied a positive breath sample that yielded a Blood Alcohol Content of 0.09%. Pena-Pena is due to appear before the Town of Cortlandt Court on October 23, 2015 at 9:00 a.m.
