A Day for Us Dancing the Weight Off! Part II

The Ossining Public Library will host Women Organized around Wellness (WOW) with fitness gurus Donna Thomas and Trish Van Buren.

Enjoy a complimentary dinner, get information about the benefits of dancing for wellness, learn the fundamentals of Zumba.  Ms. Van Buren will lead a demonstration of her original dance workout, HipHotic.
