Join us for another "Meet the Farmer" series to learn more about local food and meet face to face with the farmers that grow the food sold at our markets.
Bobolink Dairy will discuss practices on the farm, the challenges of making cheese and marketing it, taste profiles they create and plan to develop, what are the favorites of the markets, and much more! There will also be a cheese tasting.
