Felony DWI for Driver Without Headlights
State cops stopped the Peekskill woman at 1:11AM.

PEEKSKILL, NY - On May 21, 2016, New York State Police arrested Lisa M. McCrae, 33, for Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated, a Class E Felony.
Troopers stopped her at about 1:11 a.m. for operating a vehicle without its headlights on. The officer concluded McCrae was intoxicated.
The Peekskill resident supplied police with a breath sample that revealed a Blood Alcohol Content of .21 percent, more than two times the legal limit of intoxication.
She was charged with felony DWI due to a previous DWI related conviction from 2008. McCrae was issued tickets directing her to appear before the City of Peekskill Court on May 30.
