CORTLANDT, NY — New York State Police from Cortlandt charged Craig W. Bergquist of Lake Peekskill, New York, with Driving While Intoxicated, a Felony.
Troopers stopped Bergquist on Westbrook Road for speeding. Further investigation revealed that the 34-year-old was intoxicated at the time of the stop.
He provided a breath sample that revealed a Blood Alcohol Content of .10 percent. Bergquist was charged with Felony DWI due to a previous DWI related conviction from 2008.
