New York State Police arrested Kevin W. Thompson, 31, of Cortlandt, for Driving While Intoxicated, a Misdemeanor.
Troopers conducted a welfare check on Thompson April 26 after observing his vehicle stopped in a parking area. Thompson was found to be intoxicated at the time of the interview.
Thompson supplied police with a breath sample that revealed a .17 percent Blood Alcohol Content and was issued traffic tickets directing him to appear in Peekskill city court on May 7.
