State Police from the Cortlandt barracks arrested Jason R Lynch, age 39, of Garrison, NY for driving while intoxicated. After a vehicle and traffic stop on Route 9 in Peekskill at about 1:54 AM Aug. 10, police said they found Lynch to be intoxicated with a BAC of .13 percent. He was processed for DWI and issued Uniform Traffic Tickets, returnable to the City of Peekskill Court on Aug. 21.

Month-to-month flexible car lease company opens New York hub in Larchmont to serve surrounding communities
<a href="https://www.flexcar.com/" rel="noopener nofollow" target="_blank">Flexcar</a>, the first and only month-to-month car lease company, today announced its expansion into New York State with the opening of its New York hub in Larchmont. The launch grows Flexcar&rsquo;s East Coast footprint and makes its flexible car leases accessible to drivers across the greater New York area.
