Hearts for Heroes Therapy Dogs for Veterans with PTSD to Be Featured at Jessica Lynn Concert July 22 in Peekskill

Country music's fastest rising star and H4HUS ambassador Jessica Lynn to present free concert, put spotlight on America's military veterans

Two therapy dogs from H4HUS (Hearts for Heroes), a New York-based non-profit organization that helps military veterans re-acclimate to life at home through participation in therapeutic canine and equine programs, will appear at the H4HUS booth during the Jessica Lynn concert July 22 at Riverfront Green Park in Peekskill.

H4HUS takes in dogs rescued from kill shelters, as well as horses that have been abandoned or repurposed, and trains them to work with veterans suffering from Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD). Jessica Lynn, country music’s fastest rising star, is a proud ambassador for H4HUS and will share her support for the organization during her performance.

“I am passionate about supporting our military veterans, and am honored to serve as an ambassador for Hearts for Heroes,” she said. “The breakthroughs they are making with canine and equine therapy programs are changing the lives of veterans suffering from PTSD.”
