Hen Hud, Lakeland, Peekskill School Budget Results

Hendrick Hudson's budget for 2016-17 is $75,874,366, up 1.97 percent; but the tax levy is expected to decrease very slightly, by 0.5 percent. It was approved by a vote of 536 to 163.

Peekskill's $86,564,193 budget for 2016-17 passed. Only a small number of voters turned out. The vote was yes: 341 and no: 153.

Lakeland voters approved their board's spending plan. Lakeland district voters approved the budget and bus propositions Tuesday and returned incumbents to the board.

The Lakeland Board of Education offered a budget plan that kept spending flat and held the tax levy increase under the state cap.
