Hendrick Hudson, Peekskill, Lakeland School Schedules, Jan. 26

Students attending Hendrick Hudson and Lakeland schools will be heading home early today, after district officials announced school will be dismissed early Monday due to the impending blizzard.

Peekskill schools are closed.

• National Weather Service Issues Blizzard Warning

The NWS upgraded its forecast for Cortlandt to a blizzard warning, with predictions of snow beginning early Monday and becoming heavy in the early afternoon, with snowfall totals of 18 to 28 inches possible.
