Jeffrey was pre-deceased by his mother Isabelle and brother Anthony. He is survived by two sons in N. Carolina and several cousins, nieces and nephews.
Jeffrey was cremated April 7, 2014 and no services are scheduled at this time. Arrangements handled by Leach & Thomas Funeral Home.
