Lake Peekskill Woman Charged with DWI

New York State Police from the Cortlandt barracks arrested Cynthia B. Granda, 22, of Lake Peekskill, New York, for Driving While Intoxicated, a Misdemeanor.

Troopers stopped the vehicle Granda was operating on State Route 6 on Oct. 17 for an equipment violation. The arresting officer concluded Granda was intoxicated at the time of the stop.

Granda provided a positive breath sample that yielded a Blood Alcohol Content of 0.09% and was issued traffic tickets directing her to appear before the City of Peekskill Court on October 26, 2015.
