UPDATE: Peekskill officials have cancelled the information meeting on city-wide revaluation of property. Officials did not say why the meeting was cancelled.

The City of Peekskill will hold an informational meeting on a city-wide property revaluationon Thursday October 23rd at 7PM. The meeting will be at the Peekskill Neighborhood Center in the Nutrition Dining Room. Property Tax Services, Fernando Gonzales, IAO, Assessor for the Town of Ossining, Edye McCarthy, lAO, Assessor for the Town of Greenburgh and representatives of Tyler
Technologies. The project is currently underway in Greenburgh, Ossining, Yonkers, and North Salem. The City of Peekskill has over 6,400 parcels which include residential, commercial and industrial properties. The last time a city-wide reassessment was conducted was in the mid 1950’s.
