Letter To The Editor| Dyckman: Douglas For Cortlandt Town Clerk

To The Editor:

Today I am announcing my endorsement of REED DOUGLAS for the office of Town Clerk for the Town of Cortlandt.

Reed was my primary opponent and during that campaign I got to know him.

Reed Douglas is a gentleman. I believe Reed Douglas is a great candidate for Town Clerk.

His candidacy is a historical one for the Town of Cortlandt as he is the first African American citizen to be nominated by a major party for Town Clerk in the Town of Cortlandt.

Reed Douglas is well qualified and prepared to be Cortlandt’s next Town Clerk.

I want to thank all those who supported me in the primary. It was a close race and a good race. I want to especially thank Gregory Purdy.

I ask those who supported me to vote for Reed Douglas this November 7, 2017.
