Love Southwestern Food? Check Out the New Restaurant at the Cortlandt Town Center

Moe’s Southwest Grill® opens at 11 a.m. Jan. 16 in its newest location at 3088 East Main St. in Mohegan Lake.

Numerous customers, fans and locale elected officials are expected to be on hand for the ribbon cutting ceremony at the Cortlandt Town Center. Gussie Kavanagh, grandmother of franchise partner Jonathan Trager, will cut the ribbon to commemorate the grand opening of the new restaurant as she celebrates her 100th birthday.

A soft opening held on Thursday saw more than 400 Moe’s fans lined up to sample the food at the new location, store officials said.

This is the franchise operation’s 12th store in New York.
