State Police from the Cortlandt barracks arrested Robert Kilichowski, 56, Nov. 23 for Driving While Intoxicated, a Misdemeanor.
Troopers stopped the vehicle Kilichowski was operating for failing to keep right and failing to maintain his lane of travel. Subsequent investigation revealed that the Montrose resident was driving while intoxicated.
Kilichowski provided a positive breath sample that yielded a Blood Alcohol Content of .22%, more than two times the legal limit of intoxication.
He was issued traffic tickets and is due in Town of Cortlandt Court on Dec. 1.
