More Severe Weather Possible: Hundreds Without Power
Outages are reported across Con Ed's service area in northern Westchester.

Depending on where you live youβve already experienced severe weather early this morning and itβs forecast to possibly stick around through the afternoon. .
A violent thunderstorm rolled through Westchester County in the middle of the night leaving roughly 1,200 customers without power in Cortlandt, Ossining, Yorktown, Bedford, Chappaqua, Pleasantville and southern Westchester.
Con Ed promises restoration by 9:30 a.m., according to its Storm Center.

More storms are possible today. The National Weather Service says for northern Westchester there is a chance for more showers and a thunderstorm in the morning and again in the evening.
Some heavy winds and rains are possible during this time period.
