Mutts on the Mountain Trail Race and Fun Run Draws Hundreds
Saturday was perfect for the only timed trail race of its length in Westchester County that permits people to run with their furry friends.

PEEKSKILL, NY โ Westchester Parks Foundationโs 2nd Annual Mutts on the Mountain 5K Trail Race and Lazy Dog 1M Fun Run took place on Saturday at Blue Mountain Reservation in Peekskill, a Westchester County park. The event provided tail-wagging and trail-running fun for dogs, while locals โboned upโ on their human-canine running skills for the only timed trail race of its length in Westchester County that permits people to run with their furry friends.
News12 Westchester Reporter Scott McGee was the emcee of the event and the sponsors were TD Bank, Captain Lawrence Brewing Co, Robison Oil, Masterwork Plaques, Club Fit, LL Bean, BarkBox, KIND Bar, Shop Rite, WHUD/107.1 The Peak and Westchester Magazine.
