Mutts on the Mountain Trail Race and Fun Run Draws Hundreds

PEEKSKILL, NY — Westchester Parks Foundation’s 2nd Annual Mutts on the Mountain 5K Trail Race and Lazy Dog 1M Fun Run took place on Saturday at Blue Mountain Reservation in Peekskill, a Westchester County park. The event provided tail-wagging and trail-running fun for dogs, while locals “boned up” on their human-canine running skills for the only timed trail race of its length in Westchester County that permits people to run with their furry friends.
