Girls Division

In the Girls’ Division, the Gumdrops kept to their winning ways with a victory over the Fire Balls. Nicole Mitchell led the Gumdrops with 8 points. Sandra Murphy added 7 while the Yeboah Girls, Akua and Mansah chipped in with 4 and 2 points. Jodi Glickert paced the Fireballs with 8 points with Jordin Wright and Mya Edmonds each scoring 2.
The Skittles defeated the Kit Kats with Niya Fields, Francesca Snipes, Adrianna Parks, Tatyanna Arceneaux and Alaysia Rose doing the scoring. Alissa Thompson scored for the Kit Kats.
Boys Pee Wee Division
The Eagles got by the Hawks with an 18-15 victory. Jameek Allen Dabbs and David Bradshaw each scored 6 points for their team. Tyrell Bradshaw, Jose Brothers and Jordan Wilson each scored 2.
The Hawks were led in scoring by Alex Williams and Joshua Allen with 8 and 6 points. Dejawn White recorded a basket. The second game of the day saw the Hornets stinging the Cardinals with a score of 11-8.
The Hornets registered their first win of the season with a big 4th quarter. Jaelyn Norman Thomas led his team with 6 points while Joshua McCrae and Jaron Reed scored 2. Pavan Patel had a point. Scoring for the Cardinals was Myles Walker with 4, while Tyler DeFillippo and Anthony Turner each dropped in a bucket.
Cubs Division
The Cubs Division saw the Red Storm blow past the Stetson Hatters by the score of 26-15. Isaiah Walker and Theodore Morris paved the way for the Storm with 9 points each. Terrell Jarvis and James Skinner Cowan contributed 4 each. Darius Garcia led his team with 9 points with Tejahn Lawrence throwing down 4. Darius Snipes added 2.
The Tarheels used a strong 2nd half to defeat the Blue Knights by the score of 16-13. Chandler Kall came up big in the victory with 11 points with support coming from Mathew Lacey and Kyle Moran scoring 2. The Blue Knights got scoring from Marcus Ruff and Shane Mapp with 4 while Jordan Hill had 3 and Kevin Francis had 2.
