Peekskill CSD Business Official Receives Professional Recognition
Peekskill CSD's Robin Zimmerman has been selected by the Association of School Business Officials to receive the Distinguished Eagle Award.

The Association of School Business Officials International (ASBO) has selected Robin Zimmerman, Assistant Superintendent for Business for the Peekskill City School District, as the recipient of the association’s 2019 Distinguished Eagle Award.
The award recognizes K–12 business professionals for their exemplary leadership and contributions to their districts and the school business profession.
Zimmerman, who has been in the profession for 28 years, is keenly aware of how every aspect of the business office reaches the classroom and works diligently to transcend department boundaries to contribute to educational planning for student learning. Describing herself as the “Guardian of Resources” for the children of Peekskill, she works tirelessly—often behind the scenes—to ensure all students have the resources they need to explore and learn within and outside the classroom.
