Peekskill Man Charged with DWI in Yorktown
He also didn't have a New York state drivers license, police allege.

Jose L. Morocho Morocho, 25, is charged with driving while intoxicated and unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.
Yorktown police received a call at 3:20 Nov. 8 reporting a car accident at the intersection of Crompond and Old Yorktown roads.
Det. Scott Sage responded. After an investigation, he concluded that Morocho had rear-ended another car while driving west on Crompond Road.

Police said that Morocho had failed to get a New York drivers license within 30 days of moving here.
The Peekskill resident was released on $200 bail and is due back in court Dec. 8.
