Byron C. Summers, age 31, of Peekskill, faces a charge of first degree sexual abuse, a felony. Summers was arrested by the State Police Computer Crimes Unit and the State Police Cortlandt Bureau of Criminal Investigations, after an investigation into online activities.Police allege that Summers subjected a juvenile to sexual contact on several occasions. Summers was arraigned before the Hon. Reginald Johnson, City of Peekskill Court, and sent to Westchester County Jail in lieu of $50,000 bail. He is due to reappear in Peekskill City Court Oct. 23; if convicted, he could face up to seven years in state prison.

Month-to-month flexible car lease company opens New York hub in Larchmont to serve surrounding communities
<a href="https://www.flexcar.com/" rel="noopener nofollow" target="_blank">Flexcar</a>, the first and only month-to-month car lease company, today announced its expansion into New York State with the opening of its New York hub in Larchmont. The launch grows Flexcar&rsquo;s East Coast footprint and makes its flexible car leases accessible to drivers across the greater New York area.
