Why my mom rocks
I would like to nominate my mother because she’s 51 and fabulous.
I’m actually nominating my mom because she’s an awesome mother of 4, grandmother of 5. She is a single mother that put 3 of us through school and 2 through college with my youngest brother being 14.My mom’s brother James McNair is the comedian killed on June 7, 2015 with Tracy Morgan. She not only held our family together but took on the the role as a mother took over the situation and made sure his children were provided for. She kept the family together and an strengthened them while dealing with her own emotions. This coming June 12 my mom is preparing for a day dedicated to Jimmy and will bring together a 2-day weekend for her entire community in honor of him. The event will benefit youth and for scholarship funds for children in the community in his honor.
