Peekskill School Calendar 2019-20: First Day Of School

PEEKSKILL, NY — The first day of school is Sept. 3 in Peekskill — and whether you and the kids are looking forward to the new school year or are dreading the end of summer, you'll want to mark the dates on your calendar ASAP.

The calendars include important dates such as winter and spring vacations, religious holidays, federal holidays and parent-teacher conferences.

The Peekskill Board of Education will next meet at 7 p.m. Aug. 6 in the Administration Building. Teachers report Aug 28 and 29 for Superintendent Conference Days. Students in kindergarten through grade 9 report Sept. 3; grades 10-12 report Sept. 4.

• 1/1-3: No School (Holiday Recess)
