The $89,634,989 budget is 3.55 percent higher than current spending, bringing a 1 percent increase in the tax levy. Only 711 people voted.Peekskill school board incumbent Richard Sullivan was ousted, as Samuel North and Branwen MacDonald received the most votes. The Jay Heritage Center (JHC) is proud to welcome educators and the general public to our site during September 2026, Constitution Month, to commemorate our nation’s journey towards independence and democracy. The free program is co-sponsored by the Mid-Hudson Social Studies Council.
