Peekskill School District Election Results
Tuesday was the budget and school board vote across New York State.

PEEKSKILL, NY — Peekskill voters approved the spending plan from the Board of Education for 2017-18. The $89,634,989 budget is 3.55 percent higher than current spending, bringing a 1 percent increase in the tax levy. Only 711 people voted.
Peekskill school board incumbent Richard Sullivan was ousted, as Samuel North and Branwen MacDonald received the most votes. Anabeli Gonzales Pomolaya was also on the ballot.
