Peekskill Schools Invite All Father Figures to "Take Your Child to School Day" on Sept. 22

"Dad Take Your Child to School Day" is a statewide initiative aimed at actively involving male role models in students' school life.

Calling ALL father figures and male role models! Please save the date - September 22 is Dads Take Your Child To School Day and Peekskill City School District invites any and all male figures (dads, grandpas, uncles, brothers, etc.) to walk/drive their student(s) to school that morning.

Those who participate in the day are asked to accompany students into their school’s building on the morning of the event. Once at the building, adults will learn more about how they can stay involved in their students’ school life throughout the year.

No pre-registration is necessary to take part in this event. Please see the attached flyers for more information.
