Peekskill Winter Farmers Market Ribbon-Cutting is Saturday
Stop hibernating and get to the Field Library, Saturdays 10AM-2PM through April.
You don’t have to wait till 11:45 AM to go to Peekskill’s new indoor winter farmer’s market, which got underway last week.
But if you do, Mayor Frank Catalina and members of the City Council will be there to officially kick off the inaugural 2015 winter season.
The market is like a village green—only once a week! And it’s specially nice during the winter months, when everyone gets tired of hibernating. Everyone sees friends and acquaintances there every Saturday through April.
