Photo of Bending Woman Leads to Charge Against Peekskill Man
Store security told cops they'd seen him snapping a picture of another customer who had bent over.

CORTLANDT, NY – New York State Police from the Cortlandt barracks arrested Jeremiah J. Jones, 36, after a call from Kohl's Thursday about a man shooting a photo of a customer. The customer was wearing a skirt. She had bent over to pick something up from the floor.
Jones, a Peekskill resident, faces a charge of Unlawful Surveillance in the 2nd Degree, a Class E Felony.
Troopers were dispatched to the department store on Main Street after security people there that they observed a man take a photo of a customer wearing a skirt as she bent over to pick up an item from the floor. Police said Jones was identified and located later that day after their investigation. He was issued an appearance ticket to the Town of Cortlandt Justice Court on May 25.
