Congratulations to all of the Peekskill Middle School eighth graders who were honored at the PKMS Grade 8 Awards Ceremony on June 5!
Certificates of recognition were presented to students for exhibiting academic excellence in an array of subjects. Certificates were also presented to those who had most improved in a specific area of study. The evening's Principal's Award, similar to the Valedictorian and Salutatorian honor which is bestowed upon graduating high school students, was presented to Nicole Furtado and Kiara Adams.
