Police Arrest One, Seek One After Armed Robbery in Cortlandt

An employee of Domino's was robbed Sept. 5.

New York State Police announce the arrest of Kyle J. Clark, 21, of Peekskill, NY, for Robbery in the First Degree.

Clark is accused of robbing a Domino’s employee at knife point at the Cortlandt Manor Domino’s, 2050 East Main Street in the Town of Cortlandt early Friday morning at about 1:56 a.m. The employee had just locked the business for the night and was walking to his car to drop the nightly deposits off at a local bank.

After the robbery, Clark fled on foot into the City of Peekskill, where he was quickly taken into custody at the Beach Shopping Center by State Police units.

Clark was charged with one count of first-degree Robbery, a Class “B” felony, punishable by up to 25 years in state prison. Clark was arraigned by the Town of Cortlandt Court and sent to Westchester County Jail without bail. Additional charges against Clark as expected as the investigation continues.

State Police are also seeking Thomas Jenkins, 19, of Peekskill. Anyone having information regarding Jenkins’ whereabouts is asked to contact Investigator Sean J. Morgan at the State Police Cortlandt Barracks at (914)737-7171. All calls will remain confidential.

The State Police were assisted by the City of Peekskill Police with this investigation.
