Police Say Cortlandt Man Menaced Neighbors with Knife

The dispute was over where a car was parked.

State Police arrested David L. Herbin, 25, of Cortlandt, Sept. 18 for second-degree menacing,

They said he threatened a group of people with a knife the previous evening.

It is alleged that Herbin challenged a group of neighbors to a fight after they asked him to move his car.

Witnesses stated Herbin produced a knife.

Herbin was charged with one count of second-degree Menacing, arraigned in the Town of Yorktown Court and was sent to the Westchester County Jail in lieu of $10,000 bail.
