New York State Police from the Cortlandt barracks arrested Karolyn Molina at 5:40 a.m. Dec. 14 for driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor.
Following a traffic stop conducted on Route 9, the 25-year-old Cortlandt resident was found to be operating while under the influence of alcohol.
Molina provided a positive breath sample that revealed a Blood Alcohol Content of 0.09 percent and was issued Traffic Tickets ordering her to appear before the Town of Cortlandt Court on Dec. 19.
