Crews Working To Restore Outages After Barry
Power companies are dealing the outages around the region.
In the wake of the remnants of Barry, power companies are dealing the outages around the region. As of 10:30 a.m. Thursday, there are almost 800 Con Edison customers waiting the electricity to come back on.
Hardest hit are the Village of Bronxville with 329 customers out and the Town of Eastchester with 167. The estimated time for restoration is 5 p.m. Thursday.
Slightly more than 100 New Rochelle customers are without power. They should see the lights come back on by 5 p.m. also, according to the Con Edison outage summary.

There are also scattered outages in Harrison, Ossining, Tuckahoe and Yonkers.

The only NYSEG outages in the region are in Brewster. There are 192 customers without electricity. The estimated time for restoration is 11:15 a.m. Thursday.
A little more than 100 Central Hudson customers in Dutchess County are without power, the majority being in Fishkill. Everyone should be back on the grid by 3 p.m., according to Central Hudson.
O&R customers in Rockland — numbers about 100 in Orangetown and Wesley Hills — should have electricity restored around 12:30 p.m. Thursday.
