Selling Alcohol to Minors: Just 1 out of 15 Inspected in Cortlandt, Croton and Yorktown

New York State Police conducted an Underage Drinking Enforcement initiative in northwestern Westchester County on Sept. 18. A total of 15 local establishments were inspected leading to the arrest of one person.

The 22-year-old Peekskill resident is employed at Popeye’s Pub at 2056 E. Main St. in Cortlandt Manor where the illegal sale to a nineteen year old was made. She was charged with unlawfully selling alcohol to a minor, in violation of the NYS Alcoholic Beverage Control Law.
