Southeastern Zone Physical Education Awards Honor PCSD Students
Woodside and Oakside Elementary students received the award for exemplifying sportsmanship, citizenship and physical fitness.
Congratulations to the following Woodside and Oakside students who received the Southeastern Zone Physical Education Award, which is awarded to students in Westchester, Rockland, Putnam and Dutchess counties who exemplify what physical education is about. The students selected demonstrate excellent sportsmanship, citizenship, physical fitness/health and cooperation in their physical education classes. Special thanks to PE Teachers Tim Murphy and Sean Dwyer for facilitating these nominations and getting Peekskill students recognized.
