SPCA Rescues 7 Puppies Crammed into Crate in Buchanan Garage
The 5-month-olds include one whose broken leg had to be amputated.
The SPCA of Westchester has rescued seven 5-month-old dogs jammed into a single crate in a Buchanan, NY garage—and now they’re looking for homes.
One of the puppies had a broken and badly mended foreleg—so bad it had to be amputated.
The SPCA’s Humane Law Enforcement Unit learned of the dogs’ plight through a tip called in to its Animal Cruelty Hotline.
