March 23— at approximately 12:57 a.m., State Police from the Cortlandt barracks arrested a 48-year-old Peekskill man for Driving While Intoxicated, a Misdemeanor.
He was found to be intoxicated when troopers stopped the car he was operating for failing to stop for a red signal.
He provided a positive breath sample which yielded a Blood Alcohol Content of .16% and was issued Uniform Traffic Tickets ordering him to appear before the Town of Cortlandt Court on April 7, 2014.
March 23—New York State Police arrested a 23-year-old Peekskill man for Driving While Intoxicated, a Misdemeanor.
Following a traffic stop conducted on State Route 6, he was found to be operating while under the influence of alcohol.
He provided a positive breath sample which yielded a Blood Alcohol Content of 0.13% and was issued Uniform Traffic Tickets returnable to the Town of Cortlandt Justice Court on March 31, 2014 at 9:00 a.m.
March 21—at approximately 10:20 p.m., State Police from the Cortlandt barracks arrested a 54-year-old Croton On Hudson man for Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated, a Misdemeanor.
He was found to be intoxicated when troopers stopped the car he was driving in Peekskill when it was observed failing to maintain its lane of travel.
He provided a positive breath sample which yielded a Blood Alcohol Content of .20% and was issued Uniform Traffic Tickets ordering him to appear before the City of Peekskill Court on March 31.
