State Police: Peekskill Man Possessed Stolen Credit Card

Two items were purchased with it on Thanksgiving, police said.

Dkqwan K. Johnson, 24, faces a charge of Criminal Possession of Stolen Property in the 4th degree, a Class “E” felony.

Johnson was arrested Dec. 8 following an investigation into a stolen credit card which originated at a bar in the Town of Cortlandt, police said. He is alleged to have possessed and unlawfully used the stolen credit card to make two purchases in the City of Peekskill on Thanksgiving day.

Johnson was released on his own recognizance and is due in Peekskill City Court Dec. 15.

If convicted, the Peekskill resident would face up to four years in State Prison.
