22 Face Felony Drug Charges After Peekskill Police Investigation
Peekskill Police releases the names of 22 people arrested for criminal sale and possession of a controlled substance, both felonies.
The following arrest information was supplied by the Peekskill Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.
The Peekskill Police Tactical Response Unit conducted a drug raid at 404 South Street on Tuesday, June 21. The raid kicked off athroughout the city on Wednesday, which resulted in the arrest of 22 people. All subjects were arrested for at least one or two counts of third-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance,or criminal possession of a controlled substance, both Class B felonies.
The following individuals were arrested on Tuesday, June 21, following a drug raid at 404 South St. conducted by the City of Peekskill Tactical Response Unit:
-Arnold Archibald, 22-year-old Bronx resident –two counts of third-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance, Resisting Arrest. Archibald fled the apartment and was apprehended after a brief foot chase.

-Natalie Tirado 22-year-old Bronx resident – one count of third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, one count of second-degree burglary. Tirado fled the apartment upon the entry of police and broke into a second apartment in an attempt to escape. She was found in possession of a quantity of crack cocaine.
-Michael Phelps 28-year-old Peekskill resident – one count of third-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance, one count of criminal nuisance

The June 23 drug sweep in the City of Peekskill resulted in the arrest of the following people:
-Artis Smythe, 23-year-old Peekskill resident – two counts of third-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance
-Michael Holliman, 23-year-old Peekskill resident – two counts of third-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance
-Olajuwon Dancy, 24-year-old Ossining resident – two counts of third-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance
-Kenneth Medina, 27-year-old Putnam Valley resident - two counts of third-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance
-Perry Freeman 25-year-old Peekskill resident – two counts of third-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance
-Carl Culberson, 37-year-old Peekskill resident – two counts of third-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance
-Eric Bolton 21-year-old Peekskill resident – two counts of third-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance
-Macavery Berger 24-year-old Peekskill resident – two counts of third-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance
-Christopher Burkett 44-year-old Peekskill resident – two counts of third-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance
-Danna Piamonte, 21-year-old Cortlandt Manor resident – two counts of third-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance
-Daniel Piamonte 56-year-old Cortlandt Manor resident – two counts of third-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance
-Raymond DeOliviera 69-year-old Peekskill resident – three counts of third-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance
-Kaliek Ford-Goode 21-year-old Newburgh resident – two counts of third-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance
-Gary Zahn 26-year-old Peekskill resident – one count of third-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance
-John Blasetti 35-year-old Buchanan resident – one count of third-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance
- Calvin Diggs Jr. 45-year-old Peekskill resident – one count of third-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance
-Brian Jacobs 40-year-old Peekskill resident – one count of third-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance
The year-long investigation, which was a collaborative effort between the City of Peekskill Police, the Westchester County Department of Public Safety, and the New York State Police, targeted street level dealers who sold crack, heroin, prescription medications, and marijuana to undercover police officers. The investigation is ongoing as several suspects who remain at large are actively being pursued.
EDITOR'S NOTE: Twenty-two people were arrested for felony drug charges between June 21 and June 22, not twenty-one.
