Michael J. Cusack of Tarrytown faces a charge of Driving While Intoxicated, a Misdemeanor. Cusack was stopped by state police for speeding on Route 9 in Cortlandt just before 8:37 p.m. Sept. 28. Police said subsequent investigation revealed that he was intoxicated. Cusack, 24, was issued Uniform Traffic Tickets directing him to appear before the Town of Cortlandt Court on Oct. 10.

Month-to-month flexible car lease company opens New York hub in Larchmont to serve surrounding communities
<a href="https://www.flexcar.com/" rel="noopener nofollow" target="_blank">Flexcar</a>, the first and only month-to-month car lease company, today announced its expansion into New York State with the opening of its New York hub in Larchmont. The launch grows Flexcar&rsquo;s East Coast footprint and makes its flexible car leases accessible to drivers across the greater New York area.
