On November 9th, 2021, the Cortlandt Town Board held a Public Hearing on whether to Opt-out of allowing Marijuana Dispensaries, Smoking Lounges, or both, or in the alternative, approve Zoning Legislation to restrict the same. The public may submit comments into the official record until November 30th, 2021 by emailing townclerk@townofcortlandt.com or sending a letter to Cortlandt Town Clerk at 1 Heady Street, Cortlandt Manor, NY 10567.
