Drunk Driver Pooped On Route 9: New York State Cops

State police in Troop K said they removed 25 impaired drivers from Hudson Valley roads during the weekend of Sept. 15.

CORTLANDT, NY β€” New York State police from Troop K charged 25 drivers with driving while impaired in the Hudson Valley over the weekend of Sept. 15. Among them were a Cortlandt Manor 25-year-old with a previous drugged-driving conviction and a man from Dutchess County whom the cops say they caught defecating at the side of the road in Cortlandt.

On Sept. 15, New York State troopers arrested Eddie J. Frazier, 43, of Wappinger, NY, for DWI. He was traveling on State Route 9 in Cortlandt, when, police allege, he stopped to defecate on the side of the roadway. Investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol, the cops said.

On Sept. 15, state police arrested Luis V. Barreto Angamarca, 26, of Peekskill, NY, for DWI. He was traveling on Furnace Dock Road in Cortlandt when he was involved in a one-car crash. Investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol, police said.

On Sept. 16, state police from SP Cortlandt arrested Amanda A. Deagan, 25, of Cortlandt Manor, NY, for DWAI Drugs with a prior conviction within 10 years, a class E felony. She was traveling on the Sprain Brook Parkway in Mount Pleasant when she was involved in a two-car crash. Investigation revealed that she was impaired by drugs, police allege.
