Weather Alters Lakeland, Peekskill School Schedules

The National Weather Service is calling for wet snow after 1PM, turning to sleet and freezing rain.

Bedford Central School District is dismissing at 12:30PM for middle school and high school, and 1:30PM for elementary students in all schools.

Chappaqua Central School District officials announced that the elementary schools are dismissing at 1:15PM, middle schools at 12:05PM, and the high school at 12:30PM. All after-school activities are cancelled.

Katonah Lewisboro Schools are dismissing one hour early.

Lakeland Central School District is dismissing high school at 10:30AM, elementary school at 11:30AM, and middle school at 12:30PM. No afternoon UPK and no after school or evening activities.

Peekskill is dismissing Oakside and Hillcrest: 12:30 p.m.; Woodside: 1:10 p.m.; PHS and PKMS: 1:00 p.m.
