Woodside Elementary Greenhouse Ribbon Cutting Set for May 31

A celebratory ribbon cutting and garden party will take place at Woodside Elementary on Friday, May 31 from 6-8 p.m.

The Peekskill City School District and the Peekskill Parent Teacher Organization are excited to announce the grand opening of the new Woodside Elementary School greenhouse. In honor of the new addition, a celebratory ribbon cutting and garden party will take place at Woodside Elementary on Friday, May 31 from 6-8 p.m.

At this time, guests will be invited to tour the school’s new greenhouse and learn more about how it will be used to enhance hands-on learning opportunities for our students.

The Woodside greenhouse project has been a collaborative effort between the school district, the PTO, and multiple community partners.
