Yorktown Man Faces DWI, Drug Charges in Cortlandt
The Mohegan Lake resident was pulled over for speeding on Conklin Avenue, police said.

New York State Police from the Cortlandt barracks charged David Harrison, 34 years old, of Mohegan Lake, with Driving While Intoxicated, a Misdemeanor, and Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th Degree, a Misdemeanor.
Police said they stopped Harrison for speeding on Conklin Avenue in Cortlandt. While being interviewed, police said, he displayed clues that indicated he was intoxicated. He was also found to be in possession of cocaine.
Harrison supplied a positive breath sample that revealed a .16% Blood Alcohol Content, police said.
He was arrested at 12:47 a.m. Sept. 23. and was ordered to appear before the Town of Cortlandt Court on Oct. 3.
