• Annual Buddy Walk for 'Team Jen' to support National Down Syndrome Society scheduled for Sunday, September 13 (pelhamexaminer.com subscription) — Pelham Manor residents are invited to join the seventh annual Buddy Walk for "Team Jen" supporting the National Down Syndrome Society on Sunday, September 13 at 10:30 a.m. at The Manor Club on Esplanade. Organizers hope to top last year's 175 walkers and $22,000 raised, with refreshments, entertainment, and T-shirts for early registrants, all honoring Pelham Memorial graduate Jennifer Mauro.
