BETHPAGE, NY — A Bethpage shopping center, where a fatal double stabbing at a family-owned deli occurred in late 2025, has recently been sold for nearly $6 million, Long Island Business News reported.
The 18,710-square-foot shopping center sits on 1.06 acres at 4222-4258 Hicksville Road, and has been bought by a Great Neck-based commercial real estate investment firm, Fondrenwood Two LLC, LIBN reported.
LIBN said the property is 71 percent occupied by neighborhood retail tenants, including a Carvel ice cream shop, a nail salon, a sushi restaurant, the family-run A & A Italian Deli and Pizzeria, and more.
On Dec. 4, 2025, Nassau County police said they responded to A & A Italian Deli and Pizzeria on Hicksville Road at 9:11 a.m., where they observed Angela Pulisciano, 62, and Antonio Dambrosio, 70, unresponsive with stab wounds.
The woman was pronounced dead at the scene, and the man was transported to a local hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries, police said.
Officers observed 30-year-old Vito Dambrosio, Angela and Antonio's son, standing in the parking lot in front of the store, covered in blood, NCPD said. He pleaded not guilty on Jan. 6, 2026, at his arraignment after he was accused of killing his parents, officials said.
Family, friends, and the community have felt the heavy loss of the Seaford couple. Since their deaths, local residents and close friends have shared heartfelt messages and stories of the pair.
