Bethpage School District's $110M Budget Passes By Large Margin

The district has announced the results of its budget and board of education election.

HICKSVILLE, NY — The Bethpage School District's 2026-2027 budget passed on Tuesday by a large margin.

The budget of $110,706,567 was approved with a vote of 485 to 99.

This was an increase of 3.29 percent from the current 2025-2026 $107,182,583.

Voters elected Anna Israelton, with 445 votes, and Cynthia Krummenacker, with 450 votes, to the school's Board of Education.

The budget carries a proposed tax levy increase of 1.19 percent, which is within the district's cap.
