The Mid Island Y JCC is inviting the community to donate boxes of cereal in honor of National Cereal Day through its annual Dominoes of Kindness initiative.
Local families and community members are encouraged to donate healthy boxes of cereal, which will be used to build a colorful domino display inside the Early Childhood Center on Friday, March 6, 2026. After the domino run, all donations will go directly to the Y’s Rudman Family Food Pantry, helping support neighbors in need across the Plainview area.
Cereal donations can be dropped off at the Mid Island Y JCC, located at 45 Manetto Hill Road in Plainview, leading up to the event.
